Get put through different drills & situations to mimic a real boxing ''fight''. Expect shadowboxing, circuits, pad & bag work.
Circuit-type boxing class with high output, & shorter rest times to keep your heart rate elevated. Exercises will be kept simple & safe to perform to ensure maximum output!
Learn to execute loaded as well as bodyweight exercises with proper form to get the body stronger & safe from injuries.
Class will be a mix of strength & conditioning work.
