Get put through different drills & situations to mimic a real boxing ''fight''. Expect shadowboxing, circuits, pad & bag work.
Learn to execute loaded as well as bodyweight exercises with proper form to get the body stronger & safe from injuries.
Class will be a mix of strength & conditioning work.
Fun and engaging boxing classes for kids aged 4-12 years old. Exercises are fun and simple for kids to pick up a sport and trains up their discipline as well.
