Circuit-type boxing class with high output, & shorter rest times to keep your heart rate elevated. Exercises will be kept simple & safe to perform to ensure maximum output!
Kick boxing class where you learn not only boxing, but to kick too. Shoes are not needed for the class.
Fun and engaging boxing classes for kids aged 3-12 years old. Exercises are fun and simple for kids to pick up a sport and trains up their discipline as well.
Learn to execute loaded as well as bodyweight exercises with proper form to get the body stronger & safe from injuries.
Class will be a mix of strength & conditioning work.
